Net Slum Tartarga is overseen by the Head Hacker, who refers to it as something like their hometown. It also features a Chaos Gate from which all the areas of The World R:2 can be accessed. It rests on the back of a large turtle by the name of Tartaga, where corrupted PCs roam and talk nonsense, and other players are out of the system parameters.

At the far back is where the command deck is, and often used as a meeting room as well.
