Quests will be posted up in this sticky from time to time. In order to 'accept' on you must meet it's requirements, and RP out talking to the NPC that has posted it in Mac Anu (not in this sticky). Post in the sticky though who will be accompanying you (so long as the quest requires a party of three).

They are higher grade than the Dol Dona quests.

Note: You can only do a quest once, and then you will have to wait for the next one to be posted.
